TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION:

In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the reservation value to HOMESTEAD AMSTERDAM.

In case of cancellation less than 7 days or no show, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value to HOMESTEAD AMSTERDAM, you will receive an invoice for this in the event of cancellation.

No refund will be given if you leave earlier than the actual number of days booked.

PAYMENT:

At reservation 50% of the reservation value must be paid. After receipt of this your reservation is final. You pay the remainder and the deposit in cash at the start of your stay. We do not accept checks or foreign money other than euros and we do not have an ATM.

FINAL CLEANING:

On top of every reservation we charge € 35.00 for final cleaning and linen.

DEPOSIT:

The deposit is € 150.00 per reservation. For reservations with pets, the deposit is € 250.00.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:

Check-in at B&B Bloom is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. You can check out from our homestead until 10:00 am on the day of departure. You can report to the host at check-in. When checking out you can return your key to the host. In exceptional cases, you may arrive earlier, just to put down your luggage and pick up the key, but you must discuss by telephone whether this is possible. If you expect to arrive later than 15:00, please let us know in time.

LIABILITY

We are not liable for: damage and / or injury arising as a result of staying on our site or use of the attributes placed in HOMESTEAD AMSTERDAM and / or facilities available on the site, both indoors and outdoors.

GENERAL:

Prices include bath and kitchen linen. Free use of Wifi. Free use of the available coffee / tea per stay.

PETS:

Pets are welcome in consultation. The costs for this are € 10 per animal per day if kept on a leash and not locked up or left alone.

RESERVATION

You can book HOMESETAD AMSTERDAM by email or via bedandbreakfast.nl (button: 'I want to book!' On our site) When booking by email, please state your Naw details (name, address, place of residence) and telephone number, number of people and which dates you want to reserve. You can also report any extras such as breakfast, bicycles, etc. You will receive a confirmation email from us with a down payment invoice amounting to 50% of the reservation value plus deposit. The reservation is final after receipt of the deposit. HOMESTEAD AMSTERDAM blocks the data for 5 days to give you the opportunity to pay the down payment invoice. We accept PayPal.

COMPLAINTS OR SUGGESTIONS:

Despite our concern, it is possible that you have a complaint or suggestion. Please notify us in good time so that we can maintain and / or improve our service and quality.

HOUSE RULES

-Your car can be parked for free on the street with us, or for 7.50 p / 24 hours on our site.

-It is not allowed for your visitors to stay overnight.

-Furniture that is inside may be moved, but return it to its old place when checking out. It is not the intention to use or place indoor furniture outside.

-Books and maps are available for inspection and cannot be taken with you.

-When glassware / crockery breaks or other “accidents”. Please report, the costs will then be deducted from the deposit.

-Smoking in the residence is not allowed. There is an ashtray on the terrace.

-It's not allowed to flush things down the toilet other than toilet paper. The sewage works on a pump that must not become clogged.

- Take us (!) And our neighbors into account.

-It is not allowed to cause noise nuisance to the neighbors. If this happens, we reserve the right to remove guests from HOMESTEAD AMSTERDAM and the cancellation condition will come into effect.
